Carver Intercultural Evening
April 5th 6-9 p.m.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
The Carver PTSA is working hard to pull together an ALL ages event on April the 5th. The evening will include entertainment,games, a round robin FUTSAL tournament and food tastings.
We are now at the stage where we need to reach out to you parents, teachers, community members for help in presenting a fun and successful evening. This is the Spring FUNraiser for 2013…Carver Middle School benefits from any profits.
We are in need of food donations from your favorite restaurants. The evening is “multicultural” and there fore we would like to offer a sampling of various foods from various countries. We are looking for “Tastes” of different types of cuisine. For example, sushi rolls; pizza bites; pot stickers; bruschetta; etc.
We also need 12 volunteers to act as “hosts” at various booths where countries from around the world will be presented. The main task here is to greet visitors, stamp passports and enjoy yourself.
We will need 15 volunteers to help set up on April 5from 3:45-5:00 and a cleanup crew from 9-9:45p.m. Also, 4 volunteers to help with the FUTSAL games.
If you can’t be there to help, please consider donating paper towels, napkins, soda pop, ice tea, tasting cups, plastic ware or a monetary donation.
